In short
- A paid order from your account with €40 or more in goods (including VAT, after discounts, excluding delivery) gives you SILVER status; €80 or more gives you GOLD.
- From your next order on, you get 20% off (SILVER) or 30% off (GOLD) whenever you are logged in.
- On sale items, you pay whichever is lower: the regular price minus your discount, or the sale price minus an extra 5% (SILVER) or 10% (GOLD).
- The member discount does not apply to the larger sizes in the Loyalty Offer section.
- Your status stays active for six months after each paid order from your account, whatever the amount. If six months pass without a paid order, your status lapses.
The programme has two levels, SILVER and GOLD. We run it for our customers, partners and friends. Members get a discount in the shop and can buy products in the Loyalty Offer section.
Member discounts
On products that are not on sale, SILVER members get 20% off and GOLD members get 30% off.
When a product is on sale, we compare two prices: the regular price minus your member discount (20% or 30%), and the sale price minus an extra 5% (SILVER) or 10% (GOLD). You pay the lower one. For example, the regular price is €30 and the sale price is €20. For SILVER, we compare €24 with €19: the member pays €19. For GOLD, we compare €21 with €18: the member pays €18.
Loyalty Offer
The Loyalty Offer section has larger sizes of our products. On marence.com, only members can buy them, and the member discount does not apply to these larger sizes.
How to join

Once an order placed through your account is paid, a goods total of €40 or more qualifies you for SILVER; €80 or more qualifies you for GOLD. The amount is what you pay for the goods, including VAT and after any discounts; delivery is not included. A SILVER member moves up to GOLD once an order with a goods total of €80 or more is paid.
Your status appears in your account automatically once the order is paid. A new status and its discount apply from your next order.
Keeping your status
Your SILVER or GOLD status stays active as long as you place at least one paid order from your account every six months, whatever the amount. Each paid order placed through your account resets the six-month period, starting on the payment date. If six months go by without one, the status lapses.
To regain your status, place and pay for a new order through your account with a goods total of €40 or more for SILVER, or €80 or more for GOLD.
Log in before you shop
The member discount shows in the shop only when you are logged in with the email address your status is linked to. If you are not, the catalogue and your basket show prices without it, and you pay those prices.
Anyone can browse the Loyalty Offer section, but only SILVER and GOLD members who are logged in can buy from it.
If you have opted in to receive programme news and member offers by email, we send them to that same address.
